A history of nearly 140 years
It was François Jullien COUTTET, blacksmith and farrier who between 1887 and 1897 built this 80-room hotel in the heart of rue Vallot.
The Hôtel de l'Europe was built in 1897, it was the Belle Époque!
It functioned until the end of the 1950s and was then transformed, over time, into apartments.
2025 will mark the rebirth of this beautiful building

The facade will be restored while preserving its architecture and a new roof will be installed in the style it once had.
The interior will be completely redone with the creation of an elevator, ski lockers and cellars. *

The L'Europe co-ownership will include 12 apartments from the 1st to the 4th floor + attic.
